Submitting a Paper

We have moved to a new web server. Our submission form does not work on the new server, so we'll have to rewrite it. Meanwhile, if you have a paper to submit please send it as mail to the link below, listing the following:

• Author information
• Paper title
• Publishing information (optional; will appear on the web page)
• URL of the paper (if you don't simply include a copy)
• Any comments to the server maintainers (optional)

We regret the inconvenience. We'll get the new form up and running soon.
