Booking procedure
Your hotel booking and the conference fee payment should be faxed or postal mailed at the same time.
When we receive your fax/letter your booking is official and you are
entered in the system according to the first come / first served principle.
Confirmation of your booking will be sent out by postal mail to the
address you have given, but only after the registration deadline is
passed.
If there are no more rooms available in the hotel you have booked, your
booking will be automatically changed to another hotel which is the
closest in price to what was your choice, except that noone will be
relocated to the youth hostel.
The most likely change is that a few of those who have registered at
Elgeseter Hotel may be transferred to Gildevangen Hotel.
