The winner is:
Sebastian Reich

Citation.
To Sebastian Reich, for his research contributions
in the areas of numerical ordinary differential equations
and scientific computing. In particular, his work
on backward error analysis of numerical integrators,
numerical methods for differential-algebraic equations,
and computational molecular dynamics is cited for its
impact on both theory and practice.
