Degenerate Convection-Diffusion Equations: Entropy Solution
Theory, Numerics, and Applications
This talk will address recent advances
in the areas of mathematical and numerical
theory for entropy solutions of
degenerate convection-diffusion equations.
We will discuss 1) uniqueness and continuous
dependence results for entropy solutions
and (2) convergence and L^1 error estimates
for approximate entropy solutions.
