     Workshop on Representations of Algebras and Related Topics
               		      and
    8-th International Conference on Representations of Algebras
                           ICRA VIII
    
                Trondheim and Geiranger, Norway

  	          July 30 - August 10, 1996

As announced in Cocoyoc, Mexico August 1994, the next meeting in the
series Representations of Algebras and Related Topics will be held in
Norway.

The Workshop on Representations of Algebras and Related Topics will
take place at the University of Trondheim from July 30-th to August
3-rd, 1996. The cost accommodation in Trondheim will be in the range
450-520 NOK for a single room and 275-375 NOK per person in a double
room both including breakfast. There will be some possibilities for
cheaper accommodation, but this number will be limited.

The 8-th International Conference on Representations of Algebras,
ICRA VIII will take place in Geiranger, Norway from August 5-th to
10-th. The program will be arranged on the basis of abstracts received
by the Secretary of ICRA VIII. The deadline for submitting abstracts
will be announced later. The approximate cost for participating in
ICRA VIII at Geiranger will be 100 US dollar in a single room
including all meals. The corresponding cost per person in double room
will be 80 US dollar. 

The registration fee will totally be approximately 150 US dollar with
a 50 percent discount for students. The transportation from Trondheim
to Geiranger will be organized and charged each participant. In
general the total cost actually paid by each participant will depend on the
support the local organizing committee will obtain.
