Topic

The theme of the summer school is homological commutative algebra. The three lecture series will focus on recent progress on the so-called homological conjectures, and topics include free resolutions, combinatorial commutative algebra, Stillman's question and the Eisenbud-Goto conjecture. The summer school will be aimed at phd students and advanced master students.

  • Arrival date: Sunday 11 June
  • Departure date: Friday 16 June or Saturday 17 June (the school will end on Friday around noon)
  • Registration fee: 185 NOK
  • Price of stay at Sophus Lie Center (per person per day, meals included): double room 710 NOK, single room 775 NOK
