Convergence of Singular Limits for Multi-D Semilinear Hyperbolic Systems
to Parabolic Systems

Abstract:
In this paper we study the relaxation of multi-D semilinear hyperbolic systems
in pseudodifferential form to parabolic systems. The singular limits are
studied combining Tartar's and G\'erard's generalized compensated compactness
and by using the properties of the pseudodifferential symmetrizers of the
system.
